Customer Relations Center

JBA Customer Relations Center is managed by the JBA for any kind of consultation or inquiry regarding banks, and for receiving opinions or complaints about banks. Consultations or inquiries are free of charge.

In addition, if a customer complaint is not resolved by the JBA Customer Relations Center within 2 months after receipt, then a customer may escalate the complaint to the ‘Arbitration Committee’. Please ask the JBA Customer Relations Center for more details.
